Land, Structures and Real Estate Trading is the next module and it provides you an overview of how land and property is registered and how ownership occurs.  Municipal planning and land use regulations are examined in this module of real estate pre-registration course.  The key elements in the construction of homes and buildings are also identified.

The third module concerns The Real Estate Transaction in general and you can opt for a detailed overview of The Residential Real Estate Transaction or The Commercial Real Estate Transaction.  Successful completion of Land, Structures and Real Estate Trading is necessary to proceed to this stage of the course.

The course provides a detailed overview of the real estate transactions from listing agreement through to the final sale.  The general component of the course is same for residential and commercial specializations.  You have to complete the General component and either the Residential Real Estate Transaction or the Commercial Real Estate Transaction prior to being eligible for salesperson registration.  The Residential Real Estate Transaction and The Commercial Real Estate Transaction course focus on the trading of different types of property, and include current trends and issues that impact residential and commercial real estate, respectively.
