Enrolment for all regular classroom courses is accepted on a first come first served basis and course prerequisites (age, citizenship of Canada and Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) must be met at time of enrolment. You are not permitted to reserve a seat in the Real Estate Transaction (General and The Residential Real Estate Transaction / The Commercial Real Estate Transaction) before successfully completing Land, Structures and Real Estate Trading.

Such feedback is helpful in improving the efficacy of course. Classroom instructors are not involved in the evaluation process, and comments are treated as confidential.
Upon completion of the course, some of the institutes and colleges for real estate education allow you to request an earlier date for examination than the scheduled one. Request for this must be received by the concerned college or institute at least 10 calendar days before the desired examination date.
