Real estate License companies to consider in Ontario and Mississauga

You will have the choice of e many companies to consider and work for from when it comes to obtaining your real estate licence in Mississauga, Toronto and Ontario.  You can choose to work with some of the 'name brand' very high profile and well known companies such as REMAX, Century 21, Royal LePage, Sutton Group etc. or you can work for a smaller less known company.

There are pros and cons to working for a large or small company.  A large name brand company may offer more training, more services and better office locations but the cost may be high.  Smaller companies may offer you lower fees, more personal office environment to work in but they company name may not be as well known and this may affect your personal business.

In my experience, most newer agents that get into the business consider companies that are larger and more well known for the first year or two they are in the real estate business in Ontario.  You may have extensive business experience and background and may choose to work for a small company from the beginning.  Both options can work depending upon your circumstances.

Once you get more experience, often agents will change companies and go to other large companies or smaller companies in their trading area.  It completely depends upon the agents personal circumstances, desired income and your short and longer term goals.
