With more than eighteen 'full time' years in this business, I've observed some trends and have arrived at some fundamental conclusions which I will share with you now. I obtained my real estate license on October 26, 1987 and have not stopped learning and observing trends in this business. I will pass along these suggestions and guidelines to help you when you are buying a home in Mississauga and in the surrounding areas.
