I, A. Mark Argentino of RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc. have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate my total and firm commitment to your absolute privacy.
I think that the line I wrote a few paragraphs up on this page is worth repeating. Your email address will never be sold, rented, or used for any other purpose (except for real estate purposes) or ever disclosed to anybody under any circumstances, period.
Our online forms and/or surveys may ask you for your contact information (such as your E-mail address). We use contact data from our forms and surveys to send you information about our company or my services. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Your information will never be shared with anyone other than other members on my team or other agents in areas that may be of interest to you.
Since I now have a team of 4 to 6 other agents in my office and in other RE/MAX offices through the GTA that assist me in helping you with your needs, you are giving me me permission and absolute authority that your email address and all other particulars may be passed along to them. Any other personal information collected that is not related to purchase or sale of a real estate, such as your email address, name, purchase price range, areas of interest, mortgage details, purchase date, etc. will be held in the strictest of confidence and this information will never be passed on to anyone, except for other members of my real estate team, agents in my office (could be other agents within or outside of my office or any of my approved suppliers), agents that I refer your information to, without your prior express permission.
From time to time, we may send you an e-mail newsletter, real estate market update or other real estate related information. You may e-mail or phone us using the contact information below to request that we stop sending your any information.
As stated in A. Mark Argentino's mission statement, "Mark's job is to provide you with all the information so you can make the best decision for yourself and your family." If you don't want this information, please contact us and we will stop sending it to you.
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.
Many real estate agents use telephone solicitation (sometimes referred to as 'cold call') people without their consent. Personally, I do not appreciate salespeople calling me at all hours of the day or night. I never "cold call" anyone to solicit business. Read more about my No Sales Calls policy.
