I can add your website in one of two places on my site. I have a page that is specifically made for real estate agents at my website called "Agents Only" where there is an opportunity for agents can appear on my site. I also have a links page for all other real estate related links. All I ask is that you supply a reciprocal link from your site to mine.
Very Important! The page that you are using on your site to link to my site must actually be a part of your web site which means the url to the page must be from your domain. This excludes some of the link building programs used by some Realtors and other companies on the web which use a links page based on another web site. This page within your web site must also be indexable by search engines and be included in Google's database. This may exclude some web site pages where the pages have been dynamically generated. The link itself must be indexable (e.g.. not using javascript or cgi).
You can check if the page you intend on placing your link with is indexed by Google by typing the page url into Google's search box or by typing "allinurl:myrealestatedomain.com" in Google's search box - where "myrealestatedomain,com" is your actual domain. This command returns all of the web pages from that domain included within Google's index.
If you can't find the page in Google than you can place the link on a page that is in Google - or you can try submitting the page using Google's Add URL feature and then request your directory listing on my website once your page has been included in Google's index.
Above is the suggested code which you may cut and paste into your web site
if you wish. Once you have determined that your links page is in Google's
index and you have placed my link on the page, fill out the above form and once
we verify that the link has been installed we will reciprocate the link.
If you have a small logo I will link your page directly to that logo.
