You must have enjoyed our fabulous weather over the summer, it was a scorcher. It appears that the real estate market is about to follow the lead of the "hot" weather over past 2 months and we should be in for a strong fall market. It is difficult to predict where the prices will go, (can they go any higher?) but, if patterns over the past years are any indication, prices will escalate again this fall.
