As of February 10, 2007 I have three separate extremely 'hot' buyers that I am working with that require very specific properties around the Erin Mills Town Centre.

The specific requirements are as follows:

• Townhome located on Glen Erin north of Erin Centre Blvd. and south of Thomas
  
  Any of the complexes located at:
• 5205 Glen Erin
• 5305 Glen Erin
• 5230 Glen Erin
• they would also consider 5530 Glen Erin or 5535 Glen Erin
  
  OR 3 other complexes located at either:
• 4600 Kimbermount
• 4605 Donegal or
• 2275 Credit Valley

These buyers that I am working with are very serious and will consider any unit in any location in any of these complexes.
