process.
I will keep abreast of any financing condition details to
ensure that the are dealt with in a timely manner.
I will negotiate on your behalf with appraisers.
I will act as liaison between your and the purchaser
through to the possession date.
I will keep in touch with your lawyer to ensure
that your home sale is proceeding properly. I will ensure that all
the details and paperwork have been submitted and are in the possession
of your lawyer.
I will confirm with your lawyer that all appropriate funds
are held in trust prior to releasing keys for possession.
