Limiting Conditions and the fine print

Below are some of the limiting conditions for the guaranteed sale plan as it may have been explained to you, our guarantee program generally works like this. 

• You get an independent appraisal done on the property and so do I. 
• As long as they are within 5% of each other, then we put together a firm agreement of purchase and sale on your propertyo with me/REMAX as the purchaser. 
• We try and sell the property during the guarantee period.
• If your property does not sell during this time, you can accept our firm agreement of purchase and sale and you are sold at the previously agreed to price and terms. 
• You have to pay the full commission rate, plus all of our purchase costs includiing, but not limited to the land transfer tax, legal fees and disbursments on the purchase and sale plus a 3% administration fee which includes the set up of the guaranteed sale, the appraisal, marketing costs and other out of pockey expenses that we incur on the purchase and sale.
• You have the peace of mind and money to go ahead with your plans

Sound simple? It is.
