Welcome to the New Agent to Agent referral directory

I created this directory because there is a real need for high tech agents like you and me to have access to other high tech agents across the country and North America.  There are many times that I receive a request for a CMA or from a buyer who is not in my trading area.  I need access to a directory that shows only agents that are high tech and those who can handle these internet inquires.

There are many fabulous agents in your trading area that are not high tech and do not check their emails once or twice a day.  These are not the agents that I want to sign up to this directory.  I want agents like you who are on the internet all the time and are picking up emails throughout the day.  These agents, like you, understand how important it is to get back to the buyer or seller and answer their question right away. 

The entire purpose of a buyer or seller making an inquiry is to gather more information.  Often these people want the answer within hours.  If they do not receive a response from the agent that they sent in the question within their time frame, they will move on and ask the same question to another agent.  They want an agent to give them the information and and they want those answers quick.

I have superior internet and website skills and this site you are now on will be a winner.  Not only will it be a totally useful and functional site, but it will also get you leads from the internet in the future.  This is because I know how to develop this site to rank high in google and other search engines.  There are no 'secrets' to this, but my 10 years of developing and managing my own site has given me the knowledge and tools to do this.

Thus, it's a win-win situation.  For a nominal fee, you can have your information and photo posted on this site and you will receive leads from other high tech agents who cannot service the people, or who have a referral across the country or around the world or you will receive leads from this directory because buyers and sellers will know that they will be dealing with a high tech agent.
