Mill Pond is a prominent area of Georgian-styled Heritage Estates, bordered by mature trees and ponds. The neighbourhood has various trails to its popular Mill Pond Park and walking distance to an elementary public school as well as a private Montessori school.
The neighbourhood was built in the early 1980’s and its glamorous estates are situated among the trails and ravines of Mill Pond Park. The park is home to various wildlife species, including ducks, swans, raccoons, geese, and beavers. The park is also home to various town events such as the Winter Carnival, filled with great outdoor entertainment and offers the most famous Carnival pancake breakfast, as well as concerts and flower shows during the summer.
The Bayview Hill is a prestigious subdivision located on Bayview Avenue and 16th Avenue. This subdivision was built in the 1990’s and contains large expansive homes.
Introducing Macleod’s Landing, a beautiful subdivision in the northern part of Richmond Hill, bordered on the edge of the Oak Ridges Moraine and is in the N05 district on the Toronto MLS system. Within the Macleod’s Landing neighbourhood lays its St-Philips Lake surrounded by conservation forested land and ponds where geese and other wildlife are very active. related to the environment and the Oak Ridges Moraine;

Gymnasium (7,000 sq. ft.);
kitchen;
two General Program rooms;
Seniors'/Youth Program room;
Administration area.
